Eric is leading a movement to make regenerative, self-sufficient living accessible to all. His work centers on the belief that homes can be more than shelter—they can be living systems that restore balance between people and planet. Eric brings together design, technology, and human purpose to shape how we live in relationship with nature, and with each other. Known for his clarity of vision and collaborative spirit, he leads through trust, creativity, and conviction. Through issho, he is building not only homes, but a path toward a more generative way of life.

Ben spent a decade driving meaningful change and delivering impactful results in humanitarian emergency response in more than 20 countries. His work on shelter, food security and livelihoods in communities in extremis defined an abiding commitment to purposeful creation that fosters community, connection to self, and alignment with nature. For a four-time founder like Ben, embracing the entrepreneurial drive to build a generative home company is an expression of creation in service of those ideals, and a belief that the home is the wellspring from which our lives, communities, and connection to the world flow.

Merrill Wing’s path to issho has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to make systems work better for people and the planet. His background in operational leadership, sustainability, and facilities management has honed his ability to see the big picture while refining the smallest details. With a perspective informed by experiences across industries and scales, he bridges innovation and implementation, ensuring that issho’s vision for resilient and connected homes is realized through thoughtful design, disciplined execution, and an unwavering commitment to impact.

Elesif McDonald is a seasoned sales and revenue operations leader with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth startups in the food and agtech space. She led sales and customer operations at Bright Agrotech, driving 200–300% annual growth and guiding the company through its acquisition by Plenty, where she later headed Sales Operations to support national retail launches with Walmart and Whole Foods. Elesif brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, forecasting, and scalable process design to her role as Chief Revenue Officer at issho.

Martin's background and international expertise are in bioclimatic architecture, an approach that aligns built environments with local climatic conditions to optimize energy performance, comfort, and ecological integrity. His work is guided by a mission to redefine the building industry from one that merely minimizes harm to one that actively supports planetary regeneration and resilience. Through the integration of biophilic design strategies within issho’s projects, Martin seeks to restore, strengthen, and reimagine humanity’s connection with the natural world, reminding us that they are not separate, but one and the same.

Jacey brings extensive experience in brand development, visual storytelling, and marketing strategy across startups, agencies, and in-house teams, blending strategic thinking with a deep passion for meaningful design. She has led creative initiatives from concept through execution, building brands that are not only visually captivating but emotionally resonant and aligned with a greater purpose. Driven by curiosity and a love for innovation, Jacey continuously explores new tools and creative technologies to elevate every touchpoint of the issho experience, crafting work that inspires connection to nature, community, and self while bringing the brand’s vision of generative living vividly to life.

Ambrosia brings over 15 years of experience in executive administration and customer support, grounded in clarity, reliability, and genuine connection. Over the years, she’s supported leadership teams, coordinated logistics, and helped develop systems that strengthen both efficiency and engagement across corporate and startup environments. As a former business owner of a startup, she brings an entrepreneurial understanding of adaptability, process improvement, and the importance of creating meaningful customer experiences. In her role as Customer Journey Lead, Ambrosia values collaboration and continuous improvement—ensuring every client interaction reflects excellence, empathy, and alignment with issho's mission.

Growing up in Colorado with a deep love for nature, Estevan entered the solar industry driven by a desire to counter the unsustainable practices he witnessed in construction. Over the past decade, he has progressed from installer to licensed electrician, through field and operations management, and now uses those skills with issho's Revive program. His focus centers on building strong teams and coaching field members to deliver quality installations as efficiently as possible, drawing on hands-on experience at every level of the trade. At Revive, he applies this technical expertise and leadership approach to integrating solar with water and air quality systems, creating homes that function as complete living ecosystems.
